Bor Aluminyum carries out its production starting from ingots and ending with aluminum profiles in its 25.000 m2 closed facility established on a total of 40.000 m2.
Aluminum billets and aluminum profiles produced by Bor Aluminum are exported to 77 different countries.
Bor Aluminyum is always working to provide the best quality with the most accurate processes for its customers.
6005, 6013, 6060, 6061, 6063, 6463, 6082, 6951 alloy billets are produced in 90 mm, 127 mm, 152 mm, 178 mm and 203 mm diameters in our billet casting plant with an annual production capacity of 25.000 tons.
In order to achieve the desired quality in billet production, alloying elements are checked in accordance with EN 753 by taking samples from the liquid metal during alloying and after casting.
After homogenization, shell zone thickness measurement, microstructure control, segregation and grain boundary analysis are performed.
In our 5 ”and 7” extrusion presses, aluminum profiles in different alloys in different sizes are produced up to a maximum of 12 meters. In the extrusion stage, the dimensions are controlled according to EN 755 and EN 12020 standards.
In addition to standard-sized profiles, we produce special design profiles for our customers in construction, furniture, automotive, lighting, solar, white goods and many industrial sectors.
More than 8000 molds used in profile production are produced with great care in accordance with customer designs and requests, with precise tolerances.
In our electrostatic powder coating facility, painting is carried out with RAL colors for aluminum profiles with a maximum length of 11 meters, as well as special colors according to customer demands.
Being respectful to the environment, Bor Aluminyum fulfills the ROSH and REACH requirements in its powder coating facility.
Our Powder Coating facility has applied for the QUALICOAT certificate.
In our anodizing facility, with the technology we currently have, 7.5 meter long profiles are produced as matte, bright and colored anodized surfaces in line with the demands of our customers. In order to meet the profile surface effect demands in different decorative appearance, the profiles are subjected to processes such as polishing (mechanical polishing), steel brush sanding (satin), Mop - Scotch brushing before the anodizing process.
Being respectful to the environment, Bor Aluminyum fulfills the ROSH and REACH requirements in its anodizing facility,
Our anodizing facility has applied for the QUALANOD certificate.
Cutting, drilling, countersinking, trimming, length finishing, threading, milling and welded joining of aluminum profiles are carried out with very precise tolerances in accordance with the technical drawings from our customers.
Turkey and any point in the world, fast and secure way, standard and custom sized aluminum profiles, according to customer requirements, with the desired shape of packaging, using appropriate packaging materials to the relevant standards; It is carried out by land, sea and air.
As in all stages of production, 100% customer satisfaction is ensured at the shipment stage.
