Bor Aluminyum facilities started preparations to become a fully integrated facility, covering every stage from raw material production to finished aluminum profiles. The anodizing facility, which began its EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) permitting process in 2016, completed the project over a two-year period and started production in 2018 with an annual capacity of 1,000 tons. As a result, the company became an environmentally friendly, fully integrated facility capable of collecting recycled aluminum scrap and transforming it into finished products through billet casting, profile extrusion, surface treatments and mechanical processes.

Today, Bor Aluminyum is a company with an annual billet casting capacity of 25,000 tons and a profile production capacity of 12,000 tons, having grown from its initial ingot casting operations. 30% of its products are anodized, 40% are powder coated and 30% are supplied in mill finish. With an export rate of 65%, Bor Aluminyum continues to pursue new investments and explore new markets.

Our company, with the capability to paint profiles up to 11.5 meters in length, has become a trusted solution partner for numerous companies through its high-quality coated products. Having also started producing alternative finishes to anodized products, including satin finishes, Bor Aluminyum continuously develops innovative solutions to meet customer requirements. Through Bor Billet, the company also offers an extensive range of profile solutions for various industries.

We export aluminum profiles and billets to numerous countries around the world. Our company also imports aluminum scrap from international markets under the relevant bullion and scrap import certificates, transforming these raw materials into value-added products and contributing to the Turkish economy.

With 40,000 m² of open space, 25,000 m² of enclosed production facilities and a workforce of over 200 employees, Bor Aluminyum has established a global trade network extending from Mexico to Canada, from India to Germany, and from the United States to Nigeria.
